Author Joanne Poyourow contacted us a few months before her first book was to be released. She needed a clean design with eye-catching graphics that would capture the theme of her story. We worked closely with her on content formatting and created a custom logo using parts of her book jacket and the distinctive font used on the cover. Joanne chose to have Page Designs teach her how to use Macromedia Contribute, which allows her to edit her website content on her own, using the templates we designed for her.

We're very excited to launch this website. We're proud of the design that was born of our close collaboration with Joanne, and very proud of her mission. Visit the website and check out her book! Update! We've just added a custom blog and message board to the Legacy website.

Barry and Mike, the brains behind Young Ones Creations, needed a quick one page placeholder to let people know what's to come - in the coming months we'll be launching a full service e-commerce website for youngonescreations.com

When artist/activist Heather Cushman Dowdee was ready to take her website to the next level, she contacted us for some fresh new design ideas. We incorporated Heather's popular Hathor The Cow Goddess comics and graphics with a design controlled primarily by CSS, and a blog-powered home page. The Hathor site utilizes two weblog style interfaces, one for her weekly comic, and one for her "musings" area. We incorporated her e-zine subscription option into the menu so that her visitors can subscribe from anywhere in the website. The theme of this look is built around the "comic book" style graphics- we wanted the design to showcase Heather's art, and to give the visitor the feeling that they were about to open their favorite comic.

Jimmy and Tricia Thoren approached PageDesign with a request for a hip, clean, quick loading e-commerce website to showcase their original t shirt designs. We worked closely with the Thorens to create a bold design that incorporates the flavor of their T-shirts. This website uses a custom built ASP shopping cart which the owners can update from the web.

H2O Baby Tubs- Melanie Yasho has been renting birth tubs for the last few years in North Florida. We created a custom logo and business card for her along with this brochure website, which allows clients to pre-book a tub and pay online for the rental. H2O Baby uses custom ASP form mail which delivers an HTML email to Melanie every time a visitor requests information, and uses paypal payment buttons. We also created a print brochure using Melanie's custom graphics.

Eric Backer and Peter Affatato contacted Page Design when they opened their new business in Asheville, North Carolina. PageDesign used some of their Peter and Eric's design ideas to create a brand identity that 28806 Deli has used throughout their business, from hats to aprons to menus. Their site showcases a daily specials board, which the owners update themselves from the web.

RX Transcription Services contacted us when they needed a website up and running within a week's time. They needed to integrate a login screen for their affiliate company into the design, as well as a contact form so that potential clients could reach them from the web. We worked with an existing custom font that they provided us to create a graphic banner for the site, and implemented a color palette from their business flier.

PageDesign was fortunate to come in as part of a design team after Animal Behavior Network had launched. In place already were excellent graphics. We provided copy editing and HTML polish and operate as webmaster for the site. Animal Behavior Network utilizes a custom built membership interface and a highly customized ASP shopping cart system.

Randy Guess needed a small shopping cart website to showcase his hand forged knives. We created a simple, functional design which allows for quick editing when items are sold.

Exterior Recovery had a website that was outdated and stiff. We created a new showcase for their work, including a contact form for visitors to the site to request additional information.

PageDesign partnered with Text and Graphics to build this retail site for Tarheels fans. This site featured a custom built ASP shopping cart and extensive custom graphics.
We were contacted by the owner of this site, who needed some quick updating done. We did her updating and search engine optimization, and now PageDesign is the preferred content manager/webmaster for Lorca Designs. With a clean, solid design already in place, Lorca has been a pleasure to work with.
